Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay. You may also supplement incomplete data by providing an additional statement.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17)
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, you withdraw consent, or you object and there are no overriding legitimate grounds.
Right to Restriction (Art. 18)
Request that we restrict processing of your personal data — for example while you contest its accuracy, or while we assess an objection you have raised.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically: account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after closure; transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance; marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion; analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in anonymized form.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule.

Where we engage third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting or analytics platforms) that process data outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place — including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) or transfers to countries with an EU adequacy decision.
