1. Overview
CleanHero ("we", "us", or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund, what is eligible, and how the process works.
This policy applies to all CleanHero subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Elite) and any one-time setup fees. By subscribing to CleanHero, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all monthly subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with CleanHero within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee β no questions asked.

3. Monthly Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period β you will not be charged again after that.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
4. One-Time Setup Fees
Setup fees cover the cost of building your website, configuring your booking system, setting up automations, and the onboarding call. These fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel before your onboarding call and before any setup work has begun, you may request a full refund of the setup fee within 7 days of payment. Contact us at billing@cleanhero.app with your order details.

5. Bundle & Annual Plans
Bundle plans (5-month, 8-month, 12-month prepaid) are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. These plans are offered at a significant discount in exchange for the upfront commitment.
Within the first 30 days of a bundle purchase, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund: the full bundle price minus the standard monthly rate for the months already used, minus any applicable setup fees.
Bundle plans may be paused (not cancelled) for up to 3 months in cases of genuine hardship. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
6. Add-Ons & Usage Fees
Add-on services (such as the AI Voice add-on at $127/mo) follow the same refund policy as the base subscription β eligible for refund within the first 30 days of the add-on being activated.
Usage-based fees (SMS, email sends, phone calls, AI voice minutes) are non-refundable. These are billed at cost based on actual usage and cannot be reversed once consumed.
7. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions outside the standard policy in the following circumstances: significant technical failures on our part that prevented you from using the service; billing errors resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges; death or serious illness of the account holder.
We do not grant refunds for: change of mind after the 30-day period; failure to use the service; dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase; or issues caused by third-party integrations outside our control.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use the form below or email billing@cleanhero.app with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address, the reason for your request, and your order or invoice number if available.
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5β7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider and to dispute the chargeback in accordance with applicable payment network rules.
10. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services that have already commenced, the right of withdrawal may not apply once you have expressly consented to the service beginning before the withdrawal period ends.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right and is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable EU or Lithuanian consumer protection law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
